THORNYCROFT 100th ANNIVERSARY ROAD RUN 1996
A full range of surviving Thornycroft vehicles took part. Although Thornycrofts did produce a very early steam powered vehicle they changed quickly to internal combustion. They moved from their original site, now occupied by Fullers Brewery in west London, to Basingstoke. Includes:
- The Basingstoke site
- The start at Fullers
- The road run
- The finish at Basingstoke
- The return of some of the vehicles to the Hampshire Museum at Winchester
